EAASI Product Roadmap

EAASI development is now tracked on the platform’s GitHub. Please consult the EAASI Current Roadmap and Idea Backlog for up-to-date progress on the work that has been prioritized by the Yale Software Preservation and Emulation unit.

The day-to-day effort of team members to address the roadmap is broken down in further detail on the EAASI Prioitized Issue Tracker for even greater transparency. Please reach out to the Software Preservation and Emulation team (softwarepreservation@yale.edu) if you have any questions about the product roadmap or how EAASI dev works!

Warning

All of the features and areas of work detailed in the Current Roadmap and Idea Backlog refer to the “latest”, re-architected version of the EAASI platform - what we’re referring to as “Next-Gen EAASI.” Please be aware that the v2021.10 EAASI codebase is no longer under active development and is only supported for Yale University and selected partners until Next-Gen EAASI is ready for active deployment. Suggestions for the Next-Gen EAASI roadmap based on experience with v2021.10 or general requirements for emulation are welcome, but please do not expect any direct updates to v2021.10 functionality.
