User Forum: Links to the EAASI User Forum, a public Discourse formerly used for reporting bugs to the development team, as well as connecting with other EAASI users for support and collaboration. The User Forum remains live and its contents are visible for historical purposes - it may be useful to search for previous threads matching your question. However adoption of the Forum was generally stagnant and the Yale team now recommends reaching out via email to softwarepreservation@yale.edu to communicate and receive assistance directly.
