Reporting Bugs

     Please be aware that the v2021.10 EAASI codebase is no longer under active development and will only be supported for EAASI Research Alliance members until Next-Gen EAASI is ready for active deployment. Suggestions for the Next-Gen EAASI roadmap based on your experience with v2021.10 are welcome, but there will be no updates to the v2021.10 code - including bug fixes.

EAASI users may report technical issues with the platform directly to the support team in the `Support Center <https://forum.eaasi.cloud/c/support-center/6>`_ on the EAASI User Forum. 

(You will need to `register <https://forum.eaasi.cloud/login>`_ for an account on the User Forum first!)

The EAASI team will triage and respond to your report as soon as possible. If necessary, the EAASI team may need to coordinate with Notch8, the EAASI Research Alliance's software hosting partner, to troubleshoot issues specific to Notch8's cloud infrastructure. Otherwise, if you encounter an issue with a known or reproducible bug in the v2021.10 codebase, we will work to provide guidance or a work-around for your use case as able.

New topics in the Support section are auto-populated with a template to help us try to diagnose your issue as soon as possible. Please try to fill out as many of the prompts as able or relevant.
